Terms & Condition of Service:

These terms outline the agreement between M/S Nourin Traders and the subscriber:

Subscriber Identification: The subscriber has to provide the necessary documents and information to establish the subscriber's identification, legal status, and business capacity. M/S Nourin Traders shall have the right to examine the same. M/S Nourin Traders shall have the right to temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate the services for giving any false information by the subscriber in any document or otherwise, including on the subscription form. Suppose there is any change in the information provided earlier.

Service Timeline: M/S Nourin Traders shall provide the services to the subscriber within the agreed timeline. However, in case of any delayed support, M/S Nourin Traders will notify the subscriber as soon as it is reasonably practicable.

Ownership: M/S Nourin Traders retains ownership of provided connections and equipment. of contact as provided by the Institute to confirm payment.

Payments: Timely payments are required to avoid service disconnection.

Data Privacy and Security: While M/S Nourin Traders implements security measures, subscribers are encouraged to use their own security software.

Connection Fee: Determined by package, type, and location; subject to change by M/S Nourin Traders.
